ABOUT THIS PROJECT
The Berlin-based startup ID League tracks and analyzes player data from youth soccer leagues, using a newly developed tracking method. In the KickID app, users can showcase their tracked skills with an individually generated ID, compare their strengths, connect with other players and attract the attention of talent scouts. In addition to digital branding, Pixel Saloon conceived and executed the UX and UI design of the product website.
Date: January 2018
Tasks: Digital Branding, UX Design, Responsive Design
PRODUCT WEBSITE
Before the app launched, Pixel Saloon redesigned both the look and feel, and UX design, of the product website. The KickID became the core feature: a player’s four main skills are visualized as circles, corresponding to the data tracked. A composite score stands in the middle. By virtue of these combinations, the KickID becomes an individual fingerprint.

LOOK AND FEEL
KickID is about more than just tracking soccer skills with the help of new technologies. A player’s passion for soccer, and motivation to improve his or her own skills, are reflected in the website’s look and feel.

UX DESIGN
Our aim was to directly address the main target groups – young soccer players, coaches and their clubs – while enabling them to quickly find relevant information. In the headers, exciting pictures and videos convey the joy of soccer, while the product idea and app’s features are clearly explained.
